Located in Auburn Hills, MI in the esteemed ‘Automation Alley’ this facility is 125,000 SF including a 2 story office of 15,000 SF.. The Factory area contained various manufacturing areas and rooms that were the host of several crane bays and lines of pits for machine operation. The exterior was clad in various metal panels and contained upper clerestory daylighting bands to allow natural sunlight. The 2-story office was uniquely footprinted to provide a contemporary elevation/façade. The lobby is a 2-story element that provides an exposed stairway up to the executive offices and conference room. The Executive Conference room leads to a large executive exterior deck/gathering area.
