Preliminary plans to renovate an existing building along Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, MI. This vivid colorful palette .he existing ‘brutalist’ architecture lended to allow massings of geometry to work together in a primary color palette. Various additions were added at the entry as need to accommodate the new program.
