Mastronardi Produce is a leading supplier of produce in the Midwest, with the warehouse in Livonia, Michigan serving as the main storage and shipping hub for their operations. DAG designed a large refrigerated addition (67,685 SF) to the existing 343,696 SF facility and a separate 2-story office addition. Later phases included a complete reconfiguration and renovation of the existing offices, locker rooms, fitness areas, break rooms and conference areas. 

This steel frame building addition included an insulated roof panel system, insulated wall panels and an engineered concrete floor slab that supported the necessary cooling and temperature requirements. Additional large scale coolers have been introduced to the existing building area to increase storage and capacity. DAG led a team that was responsible for the architectural, structural engineering, mechanical/plumbing engineering and electrical engineering.
