Liberty Park Commerce Center is a 66-acre industrial park located on the site of a former softball complex. Originally planned as a speculative building, it was located on the site of a longtime harness racing track, the developer teamed with the former owners to develop the 36-acre site into a first class distribution and industrial campus. Comprised of three separate buildings, the Tri-County Commerce Center is home to a variety of large scale tenants including Amazon, Dakkota Logistics, GM Android, MEC and others.

Detroit Architectural Group lead the project teams for each of the buildings, completed in a phased approach over multiple years. Scope for work included the architectural, structural engineering and MEP engineering for each building's core and shell. Many of the interior tenant areas were completed by DAG as well including Mayeville Engineering Company, GM Android, and more.
